The mouse IgG1 isotype control (MOPC-21) antibody was purified from supernatant of P3X63Ag8 from Cytion. This P3X63Ag8 cell line was derived from the P3K27 cell line (a tissue culture line established from the MOPC-21 plasmacytoma).
This antibody is produced exclusively under serum-free conditions and purified with Protein-A or Protein-G affinity chromatography from cell culture supernatant.
