De novo sequencing of mABs with QTOF MS
CeMOS – Center for Mass Spectrometry and Optical Spectroscopy, recently demonstrated in collaboration with Bruker Daltonics and InVivo the complete de novo sequencing of a human monoclonal IgG using QTOF mass spectrometry. This approach proves to be an important tool for mAb development and can supplement in silico approaches. InVivo provided a recombinant human antibody, developed as stable expressing monoclonal CHO cell line and manufactured in our bioreactor facility
